摘要 针对LED应用于机器视觉辨认等特殊场合,本文提出了一种基于ZibBee控制的高动态范围LED模拟调光装置,提供了一种异于高频PWM的调光方法。设计通过对原有线性电源的改进,增加了可变降压电路,提高了其工作效率,并实现了500∶1的高动态范围模拟调光。电路中同时使用了CC2430芯片实现电流控制和无线遥控的功能,配合着ZigBee无线网关便可实现远程调光控制。 This article focuses on LED's application in the machine vision area, presents a high analog dimming ratio solution based on ZigBee control, provides a dimming solution different from the high frequency PWM method. By means of adding a dynamic buck circuit, the solution improves the efficiency of former linear LED driver, and realizes a 500: 1 ratio analog dimming. Meanwhile. The solution applies CC2430, a ZigBee chip, to adjust the output current and implement wireless control. With the cooperation of the ZigBee Internet gateway, remote monitoring and control were realized.
