As a political philosopher with the unique thought,Oakeshott studied the political conservative temperament from the tool of familiarity.He explained the characteristics of conservative temperament,demonstrated the need for conservative temperament of human activity,criticized the ＂belief of the political＂ and ＂conservative＂ on political bias,and then came to his profound interpretation on conservative political temperament.This paper tried to think according to Oakeshott conservative logic ideas for resolution of this thinking process in order to more clearly understand Oakeshott＇s political philosophy.
