摘要
学校是教师和学生共同成长的园地。教学过程不是教师的消耗过程而应该是教师的发展过程。从教师发展角度考察教学的有效性,在于考察教师在教学实践中提升专业技能、形成高度的自我效能感,并体验到职业的满足感和幸福感。新教师通过自我协调和努力来实现教学和发展的目标,学校则通过各种手段刺激新教师专心教学、钻研教学的热情,保证教师发展的有效性和持续性。
School is a place that teachers and students develope together.The teaching process is not a consumption process but a developmental one.From the angle to investigate teachers' teaching efficiency,in order to examine how teachers in teaching practice enhance the professional skill,form high self-efficacy,and experience the job satisfaction and happiness,new teachers must coordinate themselves and work hard to achieve their teaching and the development goals.The school's leaders need promote new teachers'enthusiasm for teaching and studying by various means,to ensure the teachers' development effectiveness and sustainable development.
