摘要
在高校辅导员制度确立之前,政治指导员制度和少先队辅导员制度已进行了几十年的实践,成为高校辅导员制度的源起。20世纪50年代,在参考苏联模式的基础上,吸收政治指导员制度和少先队辅导员制度的经验,高校辅导员制度开始形成。随着形势的发展,高校辅导员制度逐步摆脱苏联模式的影响,成为一项富有中国特色的高校学生管理制度。
Ahead of the establishment of college advisor system,the political instructor and Young Pioneers counselor systems had been carried out for decades,and became the origin of college advisor system.The college advisor system came into being in the 1950s,on the base of Soviet model,with drawing on the experience of political instructor and Young Pioneers counselor systems.With the changing situation,it gets rid of the influence of Soviet model gradually,and makes a college student management system rich with Chinese characteristics.
