摘要
从厘清教学公平与教学平等的关系入手,指出教学公平就是平等对待儿童基本发展的需要,采取适切措施促进儿童个性发展。在此基础之上,分析我国对于教学公平与教学效率关系的典型看法,并从资源分配方式和目的两个方面阐述教学公平与教学效率之间的关系。
From the point of teaching fair and equality,teaching fair is to treat children equally and to take appropriate measures to promote children's characteristic development.Based on it,the relationships between equality and efficiency are analyzed from the allocation and purpose.
