农民工培训机制的现实困境及重构对策研究

On the Present Predicament of the Migrant Worker Training Mechanism and Its Reconstruction Strategies——perspective of coordinated implementation of urban and rural areas

进城务工的农民工作为我国现代化建设的主力军。虽然在年龄、体力、吃苦耐劳等方面具有一定优势，但普遍存在着文化程度低、职业技能单一、岗位转换能力差的缺陷，已成为制约企业内涵发展的重要因素。因此，重构农民工职业技能培训机制，提高农民工的职业技能已成为当前日益紧迫的社会问题。

Migrant farm workers are the main force of China＇s modernization. Although they have certain advantages in the age, physical strength, hard-working quality, and so on, but generally they have low educational level, only one vocational skill, poor job transform ability, which has become an important factor of constraining the inner development of the enterprise. Therefore, the reconstructing the vocational skills training system for the migrant workers and the improving their professional skills have become an increasingly urgent social problem.
