摘要
勤工助学因为兼具解因与育人的双重功能，成为大学生解决经济因难特别是贫困生的一个普遍选择。但是在实际开展中，我们发现不少高职院校仍然将勤工助学的发展重心放在解因上，忽视了它的育人功能。本文在分析勤工助学育人意识淡薄原因的基础上，提出相应的对策。
