高职学生就业困难原因分析与对策研究——以宁波城市学院为例

2008年国际金融危机之后，宁波的就业环境更是雪上加霜，处于劣势群体的高职毕业生在求职过程中更加困难。除了外部环境的影响之外，学校人才培养方案滞后和高职学生自身定位不准也是其就业的主要问题。本文以宁波城市职业技术学院为例，从政府、企业、学校、家长和学生自身提出了相应的对策。

After the international financial crisis in 2008, the employment environment in Ningbo is getting worse, and disadvantaged higher vocational graduates groups encounter more difficulties in the job search process.
