突发事件经验借鉴与高校思想政治教育改革

以"非典"为突发事件典型案例,分析了突发事件使高校思想政治教育面临特殊的困难与挑战入手,反思高校的思想政治教育在公民素质教育、社会责任感教育、民族精神教育等方面存在的问题,提出高校思想政治教育在常规的工作体制和运行机制、教育方式和途径、教育内容、建立信息预警和信息反馈机制四个方面改革的具体举措。

＂SARS＂ is taken as the typical unexpected case, the difficulties and challenges that the univeristy will face in the ideological and political education are analyzed. The university ideological and political education problems are rethought in the aspects of citizen quality education, social moral education and national spirit education, etc. Four specific reform measures of university ideological and political education are proposed, which are conventional work system and operation system, the way of education and its content, mechanism establishment of information warning and its feedback.
