摘要
在高校的管理中，主要的管理对象是学生和教师，而他们都属于人的范畴。况且人生来就有各种各样的欲望，在高校的管理中如何满足教师和学生的合理欲望，也是人性化管理的主要内容之一。文章主要从高校实行人性管理的必要性入手，探讨了人性管理中要注意的问题，并进一步阐述了提高高校人性管理水平的途径。
In the management of the higher institutions, the main management subject are students and teachers, and they are all in the category of human beings..And people are born to have various desires, so how to satisfy the reasonable desires of the teachers and students in college management is an essential part of the humane management.
