首先对民国文献专题库建设的必要性进行分析,继而结合工作实践,重点对专题数据库选题问题及构建过程中的导航、检索和服务等功能进行了深入研究和思考,为馆藏民国文献专题库的建设提供了一些有价值的参考。

The paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the special database for the documents of the Republic of China, with special emphasis on the topic selecting and function performance such as navigation, retrieval and services, aiming at providing reference for constructing such database in libraries.
