黄炎培职业教育思想对当代职业教育的影响

Impact of the Thoughts of Vocational Education by Huang Yanpei on Chinese Contemporary Vocational Education

黄炎培先生一生致力于职业教育的理论研究和实践。对我国早期的职业教育发展作出了开创性的贡献，根据他的教育思想本文提出了：将职业教育定位于使无业者有业，使有业者乐业；将敬业乐群、劳工神圣作为职业道德教育的根本；切实贯彻职业教育的办学方针：社会化、平民化：清晰把握“手脑并用”，“做学舍一”的职业教育教学规律，以及黄炎培职业教育思想对中国高职教育科学发展带来的启示。

Huang Yanpei devoted himself to the theory and practice of China＇s vocational education, and made creative contribution to vocational education at it＇s early stage. According to his education ideology, this paper proposes：define vocational education as to make people who have no job employed, and people who have a job work happily; regard respect to work on professionals, happiness to be with collectives and laborers being sacred as the root of education of vocational moralities; carry out the guiding principle of vocational education： to be socialized and civilized; clearly grasp the teaching principle of ＇using hands and brain＇, ＇integration of doing and studying＇, and the enlightenment of Huang Yanpei＇s vocational education thought.
