摘要
目前,在饭店产品开发实践中关于饭店产品构成除了关注其有形与物质构成部分之外,相关业界人士及饭店研究者也逐步开始关注其产品文化性、体验性、功能结构、产业集群等新趋势与演变,并且指出饭店产品创新开发是我国未来饭店产品竞争一个重要的优势获得途径。本研究通过对国内外相关研究成果分析基础之上,分析了影响我国饭店产品开发主要因素及发展可能方向,并在此基础上进一步构建和探索了未来我国饭店产品创新的FFS模式。即基于饭店产品功能、空间和符号三个主要维度的创新开发视角模式。
Currently, in the hotel and restaurant product development practices, apart for the physical and material composition of the hotel product are concerned, many professionals and researchers also began to focus on the products" cultural connotation, experience, functional structure, industrial clustering orientation and evolution, and the idea that product innovation and development is an access channel to important competitive advantages has been proposed. Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research results, this study analyzed the impact factors of hotel product development and the possible direction of the development, and on this basis, further explored the future of the hotel product innovation FFS approach, that is, based on hotel product features, three major dimensions of space and symbols of innovation and development perspective mode.
