借鉴企业管理模式 开创学生管理工作新局面

Using EMM for Reference to Create New Situation for Student Administration

新形势下高职院校学生管理工作面临诸多困难，为实现高职院校的人才培养目标．在学生管理中应大胆借鉴企业的5s管理模式，即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养五方面的管理。以黄冈职业技术学院的实践为例，通过推行“5s”管理，使学生管理工作达到规范、有序、高效、优质、安全的目的，提升了学生的职业素养、提高了人才培养质量、拓宽了学生的就业渠道等。

In the era, the vocational college＇s student administration is facing many difficulties. In order to realize the goal of personnel training, we should use enterprise＇s ＇5S＇ management mode for reference in students administration： Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikeetsu, Shitsuke. Taking Huang Gang vocational and technical college as an example, the author shows that the students administration can be normally, orderly, efficient, high qualified and secure through carrying out ＇5S＇ management, thus promoting students＂ professional quality, improving personnel training quality and expanding students＇ employment, etc.
