面向管理的总体城市设计实践初探

Preliminary Study on General Urban Design of Management

随着中国大规模城市建设的不断开展,对总体城市设计的需求日益趋多。相对于成熟完备的总体城市规划,当前大部分城市的总体城市设计还处于探索与实践并举的过程中,尚未形成规范科学、可操作性强、突出特色、便于实施管理的总体城市设计方法方式。通过对我国总体城市设计中当前存在的一些实践困境的分析可知,走向管理的城市设计是比较符合当前总体城市设计发展实况和城市建设现实的一条出路。

With the ongoing development of large-scale urban construction,the demand for the general urban design is increasing more and more.To perfect general urban plans,most city＇s general urban design is still in the process of both exploration and practice now.The general urban design method which is of science,maneuverability,feature,management has not still been formed.This paper attempts to present some practical difficulties in Chinese general urban design,and the urban design of facing management is an outlet which conforms to the current development of general urban design and urban construction reality.
