摘要
通过教学实验探讨侧重于个人项目和侧重于集体项目的定向课程对大学生群体凝聚力的影响,发现侧重于个人项目的定向运动课程对大学生群体凝聚力的发展没有明显影响,侧重于集体项目的定向运动课程能明显提高大学生的群体任务一致性,但对群体社交一致性的影响可能具有双向性,其方向可能受课程教学组织与实施的影响。
Through teaching experiment,the orientation curriculum of focusing on individual event and focusing on group event are discussed,the result shows that the former has obvious effect on group cohesion of college students and the later can obviously improve group task consistence,but the influence on the group social consistency may have two-way characteristics,the direction may be influenced by teaching organization and implementation.
