刷镀研究若干问题的探讨(之二)

摘要 根据笔者从事的刷镀研究和对实物刷镀的经验,并参照了国内外的有关资料,总结了三方面工艺上的经验:1.铸铁机床导轨划伤的修复,采用先刷镀镍和铜层、再钎焊锡铋合金,最后刷镀工作层的“夹钎镀”法,对其原理及整个工艺过程都作了详尽的叙述;2.防止铁合金刷镀液氧化的措施和工艺规范上的特殊要求;3.厚镀层的刷镀,用异种镀层的逐层夹镀的“夹层镀”和同种镀层的分层叠镀的“分层镀”法可增加镀厚能力,一般单边镀层厚度可达1mm以上,并规定了夹层镀的各层镀种的合理组合及分层镀的具体操作规程. Based on his theoretical research and practical work in brush plating, together with references at home and abroad, the author sums up the technological experience in three fields, 1. Repair of scratches on cast iron guideways of machine tools by applying brazing and brush plating, i.e. first by brush plating layer of nickel and copper,then by brazing tin-bismuth alloy and by brush plating the working layer at last. The paper describes the mechanism and technology process in details;2.measures taken to prevent solutions from being oxided and special requirements of technological process in ferro-alloy brush plating.3. technology of building-up brush plating either with sandwich of different depositions or with multi-layer of the same deposition, the thickness of which usually reachs 1 mm and more; the reasonable combination of different depositions in sandwich process and detailed operation specifications in multi-layer process are discussed.
