二氧化锆全瓷系统在口腔修复科中的临床应用与发展趋势 被引量:24

摘要 过去修复牙体缺损和牙列缺损的材料主要是金属,如银汞填充物、铸造金属嵌体以及金属冠桥、金属烤瓷冠桥.金属作为修复材料对于人体而言是一种外来物质,尽管具有很高的机械强度,但却无法满足美学要求,而且在口腔内也不能保持足够的化学稳定性.与此相反,陶瓷的性质则更接近于天然牙齿的硬组织质[1],特别是接近于牙釉质,釉质的主要成分90%以上是无机物与陶瓷接近.陶瓷在口腔中几乎完全不可降解,不会同口腔内其他组织发生化学作用,原因是陶瓷由性能稳定、氧化程度高的成分组成,有良好生物相容性.
