克罗恩病与溃疡性结肠炎的时间结构式治疗方案

摘要 迄今，炎症性肠病（IBD）仍缺乏有效的彻底治愈方法。目前临床上治疗IBD时，并未对患者作出预期的最适治疗目标，也未能作出治疗的具体时限。患者往往长期反复循环使用不能达到完全缓解的药物进行治疗。许多患者的肠道炎症处于长期中度活动性状态，最终导致无法控制的炎症与严重并发症。
