摘要
目的 观察硫糖脂Sulfatide对皮肤伤口愈合的影响。方法将24只雄性SD大鼠随机平均分成3组。A组伤后24h取材行HE染色;观察伤口炎症细胞的聚集情况,B组9d(24X9h)后取材行MASSON染色,观察胶原生成差异;C组观察至伤口完全愈合,比较伤口愈合速率。鼠脊背部备皮约4×4cm的区域,在距脊柱两旁1cm处各作长1cm的纵行切口,左侧切口作为实验组用含0.01%sulfatide的硫酸红霉素软膏干预,右侧为对照。结果实验组炎性细胞聚集、胶原生成较对照组明显增多,创伤后5d实验组创面面积显著小于对照组(P〈0.05),实验组伤口完全愈合的时问较对照组明显缩短(P〈0.05)。结论Sulfatide能促进皮肤伤口炎性细胞聚集及胶原生成,从而促进伤口愈合。
Objective To observe the effect of Sulfatide on dermal wound healing. Methods Twenty - four SD male rat models of dermal full - thick wound were established by slitting the skin( one centimeter long) at both sides of spine (one centimeter to spine) in the unhairing area(4 ×4 cm). The wound of left side was treated with 0.01% sulfatide -erythromycin as treatment group,while the right side was covered with common erythromycin as control group. Then, the rats were divided into three groups : wounds of group A were cut and stained with HE 24 hours later to count inflammatory cells,group B were stained with MASSON after nine days to show the differences of collagen fibers between two sides and group C were observed till wounds completely healed. Results Inflammatory cells and collagen fibers in the treatment groups were significantly more than control groups. The wound healing time of treatment group was shorter, and the area of wound of treatment group was smaller at the first 5 days. Conclusion Sulfatide can reinforce inflammation reaction by recruiting more inflammatory cells to the wound and produce more collagen fibers to promote wound healing.
