海南省海洋产业结构优化战略研究

Studies on the optimizing strategy of the structure of marine industry in Hainan

海南省是全国的海洋大省,但并不是海洋强省,要想大力发展海南省海洋经济,必须大力促进海洋产业发展,而海洋产业结构的优化则是海洋经济发展的关键.本文分别从产业结构变动值指标、产业结构熵数指标和MOORE结构变化指标来分析海南省海洋产业结构的动态变化.揭示海南省海洋产业发展的特点.在此基础上,通过灰色关联度和区位商分析确定海南省海洋主导产业和优势产业,最后提出优化产业结构的具体对策.

Hainan province is one of the provinces with rich marine resource in China, while it doesn＇t make most use of it. So today if we intend to develop Hainan＇s marine economy,we must try our best to promote the development of the marine industry which the key is to optimize the marine industrial structure. This article respectively used the industrial variation index, industrial structure Entropy index and MOORE variation index to analyse the dynamic change of the marine industrial structure of Hainan province. It also reveals the feature of the development of Hainan marine industry. In a addition,it just through gray relating degree analysis and location quotient analysis to conclude the leading industries and the competitive industries in Hainan province and also post the specific strategies to optimize the industrial structure at last.
