神奇口服液的制备及质量控制

摘要 目的优选神奇口服液的制备工艺。方法采用正交设计法,考察提取时间、次数、加水量及提取温度等4个因素。以黄芪多糖含量为指标成分。结果通过温度调节控制神奇口服液的澄清工艺。最佳制备工艺:加药材5倍量水提取2次,每次25min。浓缩液加0.2%山梨酸,添加甜蜜素为矫味剂,以稀HCL调节pH值至5.0-6.0得到口服液。结论本制剂稳定。测定方法重复性好。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation technology of the shenqi oral liquid.METHODS Orthogonal design was carried out for estimating 4 factors:extracting time,the times of extraction,volume of water for dilution and the extraction temperature in the shenqi oral liquid.Astragalus polyaccharin was chose as the indicator.RESULTS Optimization preparation design:temperature regulation was used in the shenqi oral liquid,it was extracted with 6 volumes of water to Radix Astragali liquid at the temperature 60℃ for 2 times(25min for each time).CONCLUSION The preparation is stable with good repeatability of measurement.
