摘要
目的研究怀牛膝对小鼠血脂的影响。方法采用75%蛋黄乳造模的小鼠高脂血模型,以小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)为指标研究牛膝的降血脂作用。结果与模型组相比,高、低剂量怀牛膝水提取液组小鼠TC、TG和LDL-C的水平显著降低(P<0.01);与高剂量组相比,低剂量组降低TC水平显著(P<0.05)。结论怀牛膝水提取液有潜在的降血脂功效。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Achyranthes bidentata BI on Blood Lipids in mice.METHODS Hyperlipoidemia mice model was established by celiac injection of 75% egg-yolk emulsion.Then Levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were examined to study the effects of Achyranthes bidentata BI on Blood Lipids.RESULTS In comparison with control groups,TC,TG and LDL-C levels in the high dose group and low dose group were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）;The decrease of TC level in the high dose group was less when compared to the low dose group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The results demonstrate that Achyranthes bidentata BI has a definite antihyperlipidemic potential.
