摘要 目前市面上的便携式瓦斯监测仪器大多性能不够好,系统在反应速度及扩展兼容等方面均存在缺陷。笔者以凌阳单片机为基础,设计了便携式瓦斯智能监测系统,采用气体传感器测量数据,并对采集到的数据进行分析,然后结合采集的数据进行声光报警等处理,以提醒工人进行必要的防护工作。介绍了此次设计的核心部件,阐述了电路设计及具体的程序流程设计。实践表明,研制的便携式瓦斯智能监测系统使用效果较好,所需原件的成本较低。 Portable intelligent monitoring equipment for gas in market mostly have dissatisfactory properties,and the rate of reaction,compatibility,extensibility of system are imperfect.The writer designed portable intelligent monitoring system for gas based on sunplus′ microcontroller,which measured data using gas sensor,and analysed the collected data.Light-emitting diodes and trumpets were used to give the alarm based on the collected data,whose purpose is to remind workers to adopt needful protective measures.Introduced the main components of the above design,circuit design and detailed process design were also proposed in the paper.Results shows that,the new portable intelligent monitoring system for gas based on sunplus′ microcontroller use well,and the cost for the system is low.
