非开挖水平定向钻进技术在管道铺设中的应用

Application of Non-dig Horizontal Directional Drilling Technology in the Pipeline Laying

非开挖水平定向钻进铺管技术近几年来广泛应用在自来水、燃气、电信和电力等管线铺设,与开挖相比具有施工速度快、不破坏路面、不影响交通、对环境影响很小等优点。本文结合工程实例简要介绍非开挖水平定向钻进铺管施工工艺,着重对水平定向钻进铺管的导向孔轨迹设计、拉力计算及施工中注意事项进行介绍。

The non-dig horizontal directional drilling technology has been extensively applied in pipeline laying in the water,gas and electricity and telecom etc in the recent years,which has the advantage of being speedy in construction,not destroying the road,not affecting traffic and not severely impacting the environment etc compared with dig drilling technology.In this paper,the construction process of non-dig directional drilling technology is introduced briefly with the engineering case,and it is emphatically presented how to design the guided orbit,to calculate strain,to avoid a risk in the horizontal directional drilling pipeline laying.
