摘要 为了减少并条后的棉结以提高棉条质量,从牵伸工艺不符合纤维弯钩伸直理论、生条中纤维分离度和平行伸直度差、生条中短绒高等方面,分析了并条后棉结增加的主要原因。通过大量试验分析,提出有效降低并条后棉结增加的措施:普梳头并、精梳预并、普梳粗纱牵伸工艺应符合前弯钩纤维伸直理论;普梳二并、精梳卷或条并卷、普梳细纱牵伸工艺应符合后弯钩纤维伸直理论;提高生条的纤维分离度和平行伸直度;减少生条短绒率;严格控制各工序温、湿度等;另外,应加强并、粗、细牵伸区内飞花、短绒的清除;选用优质针布,并合理配置梳棉机的速度和隔距,从轻控制定量、适当调慢速度,发挥附加分梳件和棉网清洁器的作用,从源头上防止梳棉后续工序棉结的增加。 In order to reduce the neps after the drawing process for better yarn quality,considering the fact that there is inconformity of the draft process with the theory of hooked fiber unwinding,poor breakaway of fiber from the card sliver and poor parallel unwinding,rich short fiber in the card sliver,the main causes are analyzed for the increase of the neps after drawing process.Lot of tests prove that it is necessary to reduce neps after the drawing process effectively with some measures.The first drawing process of the carded yarn,the pre-drawing of the combed yarn and the draft process of the carded roving should be in conformity with the theory of the hooked fiber unwinding.It is also necessary to increase the breakaway of the fiber from the card sliver and the parallel unwinding,to reduce the short fiber of the card sliver,to strictly control the specifications such as humiture in diffenrent processes.Moreover,reinforcement clearing the fly and the short fiber is necessary in the carded and combed yarn area.Selection of the quality clothing is required together with proper configuration with card speed and the gauge for proper ration and proper speed.The additional card elements and the cotton web clearer are to be brought into play,consequently preventing the increase of neps in the after card process.
