摘要 针对成品纱拉伸强度及不匀性抽检测试的客观性及准确性问题,介绍了目前国内外单纱强力仪发展现状;通过对竖直钳口、水平钳口、非接触型钳口的对比分析,指出夹持片是对纱线测试正确性起决定性作用的零部件,其结构形状、材料和安装都会影响测试结果,因而要根据被测对象设计不同的钳口;同时指出,采用非接触型钳口的新型单纱强力仪以其优良的性能和高速大容量的检测技术,将成为单纱强力仪发展的方向。 As to the problems such as the objectiveness and the precision in the random test of the tensile and the irregularity of the resultant yarn,introduction is given to the developing progress of the single yarn tensile meters both at home and abroad.Through the contrast with the nipper jaws on end,aclinic or non-contacting,conclusion is made that the gripping plate is key important in yarn test authenticity.The figure structure,material,and the installation of the gripping plate is closely related with the test result,thus nipper jaw design be designed accorded with the test object.Moreover,the new single yarn tensile meter will be the leader in the furture development of the tensile meter for its excellent performance and high speed and big capacity.
