摘要
根据真空玻璃的结构特点和传热学原理,建立了真空玻璃热传递的理论计算模型,计算出真空玻璃从外部到内部的温度分布值。然后建立单元体模型和1/4模型,利用有限元分析方法求解出真空玻璃温度分布。分析结果表明,真空平板玻璃最大温降发生在间隙层;支撑体处温差主要发生在距离支撑体1mm的平板玻璃中;封边对靠近边部的前两个支撑体处温度影响较大,从第三个支撑体开始几乎无影响。
A theoretical computation model of heat transfer about vacuum glazing was established on the basis of the heat transfer principle and the design feature of the vacuum glazing.The temperature distribution from outside to inside of vacuum glazing was calculated.Results show that there is a maximum temperature drop at the clearance and the maximum temperature difference of support parts occurs at the region of 1mm from the glass.At the two support parts which locate near the edge-seal the temperature affects significantly.From the third support part the temperature will hardly have influencing effect.
