An analysis on the property right system of Chang-ji-tu rural cooperative economy based on property right theory

基于产权理论深入分析了长吉图农村合作经济产权制度及其演化,认为应进一步明确农村土地集体所有权,建立农村产权交易所,明确土地承包经营权的性质,以及理顺土地产权制度与户籍制度的关系,从而为推进区域性农村合作经济系统的有序发展、提升合作竞争力、更好地服务于新农村建设打下良好的基础。

Based on property right theory,this article analyzes the property right system of Chang-ji-tu rural cooperative economy and the evolution,considering that we should further clarify the collective ownership of rural land,establish exchange of rural property right,clear the nature of land contract management right and rationalize the relationship between the land property system and the household registration system so as to offer better basis for promoting the ordered development of regional ruralcooperative economy system, improving cooperative competitiveness and serving new rural construction.
