摘要
为了实现风机及大型空压机组的全自动化控制和节能经济运行,提出了一种应用变频器和PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术改造原电气控制系统的设计方案。系统中PLC通过PROFIBUS-DP现场总线与触摸屏、变频器进行通信,可以控制变频器的启停、给定参考速度、实时读取变频器的主要运行参数,并可以监控其运行状态。实际运行表明,该系统的可靠性高、稳定性好,极大提高了风机及空压机组的自动化控制水平,达到了机组节能降耗的要求。
To realize automatic control and energy saving operation for air blower and large scaled air compressor unit,the design strategy to retrofit existing electric control system by adopting inverter and PROFIBUS-DP field bus is proposed.Through PROFIBUS-DP field bus communication with touch panel and inverter,the PLC of the system can control startup,showdown,reference speed settings of inverter,read the main operation parameters of inverter in real time and monitor the operation status.The practical operation verifies that the system is highly reliable and stable,it greatly enhances the level of automation of the air blower and air compressor unit and meets the demand on energy saving.
