PET/CT显像在非小细胞肺癌放疗中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨正电子发射型计算机断层显像(positron emission tomography,PET)与CT同机显像(PET/CT)在对非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)三维适形放疗中的应用价值。方法 21例非小细胞肺癌患者行PET/CT检查,分别根据CT和PET/CT融合图像进行TNM分期,并将PET/CT融合图像上的TNM分期和单独CT图像分期结果进行比较。用CMS治疗计划系统图像融合软件分别在CT和PET/CT三维图像上勾画大体肿瘤体积(GTVCT和GTVPET/CT),并对两者进行比较。结果 52.38%(11/21例)的患者分期改变,分期升级7例,分期降级4例。21例患者GTVCT和GTVPET/CT均不相同,6例GTVPET/CT大于GTVCT,平均增大40.47%;15例GTV-PET/CT小于GTVCT,平均缩小31.38%,其差异具有明显的统计学意义。结论与单纯CT图像相比,PET/CT显像明显提高非小细胞肺癌的诊断、分期的准确性,能更准确地反映肿瘤与正常组织的关系,从而有助于临床医师在放疗计划制定过程中更精确地勾画靶区。
