摘要 州72-平54Z井是大庆油田的第一口四分支水平井。该井上部地层比较发育,泥岩段长,造浆严重,易泥包,实施中短曲率定向施工,优用了硅基阳离子钻井液,并加入了清洁剂DRH-4,在应用中该钻井液表现出强的防塌、防卡、防泥包能力以及良好的携砂和抑制性。该井目的层姚家组为泥质粉砂互层,成岩性较差,含大段强水敏性岩层,并且油层薄,平均有效厚度仅为1.5 m,井眼轨迹调整频繁。采用的油包水钻井液具有良好的乳化稳定性、良好的润滑性、较低的摩阻、较强的抑制性、低滤失量、有利于井壁稳定,满足了钻井要求,并提高了机械钻速,有效避免了卡钻、泥包、井塌等复杂情况,为大庆油田薄差油层的勘探开发提供了有力的技术支持。 Well Zhou72-H54Z is the first fishbone horizontal well with four branch holes on thin sand reservoirs in Daqing oil field. There are four sidetracked sections in the reservoir which the average thickness is 1.5 m. In the second hole, the technology of medium radius lateral drilling is applied and the silicate cation drilling fluid with cleaner DRH-4 is used, moreover, in the third hole, the optimized oil base drilling fluid is used to deal with the downhole problems such as the unconsolidated upper formations, sticking, tight-hole, caving and hard well path control. The four branches fishbone well is an effective way to improve the oil production for the outside blocks of Daqing oil field.
