摘要
乍得Bongor盆地Kubla、Mimosa地层黏土矿物含量高,层理和微裂隙发育,易发生井壁水化膨胀、井眼坍塌现象。因此在对坍塌层位岩性进行综合分析的基础上,针对乍得Bongor盆地环境保护要求高的特点,研制出一种安全环保的强抑制K2SO4/硅酸盐钻井液。在Prosopis E1-1井的现场应用表明,该钻井液携岩能力强,具有良好的抑制泥页岩水化膨胀能力和防止地层垮塌能力;其抗盐膏、水泥污染能力强,性能稳定,易于维护;润滑性好,泥饼薄而韧,摩阻低;所钻井井径规则,对稳定井壁起到了显著的作用。
Kubla and Mimosa layer of Chad Bongor basin are easy hydrated because of high content of clay minerals. To deal with swelling caving and tight hole in this area, a K2SO4/ silicate drilling fluid system was developed. The application in well Prosopis E1-1 show that this drilling fluid system has good carrying, inhibition, salt-resisting, lubrication performances and the hole diameter is regular, which has good effect on borehole stability.
