摘要
针对缅甸D区块钻井过程中井漏严重的突出问题,系统分析了缅甸D区块地质特点和漏失特征,针对不同漏失类型和漏失机理,在室内和现场实验的基础上提出了对应的解决方法和施工工艺,包括针对砂岩渗透性漏失的随钻防漏堵漏体系,针对砂泥岩破碎弱胶结的双液法堵漏技术,针对裂缝发育的交联成膜桥浆堵漏技术,可大幅度提高地层承压能力的化学固结堵漏技术。以上堵漏技术先后在缅甸D区块施工20多次,取得良好的堵漏效果,解决了该区块不同类型的井漏问题。
Serious lost circulations are encountered in Block D, Myanmar. Based on the analysis of geological characters, the solutions are addressed which include the drilling systems of leak resistance and sealing while drilling aiming at permeable sandstone, the plugging technology of double fluids for alternating formations of sandstone and shale, the bridge plugging technology of crosslinking-filming for fractured formation, the chemical solidified plugging technology for low pressure mud loss formation. The field application of these technologies performs well.
