由于连续扩招,许多高校正面临着学生数量增加和运动场地、器材、师资不足等矛盾,制约着公共体育教学质量的提高.分析了在扩招背景下对公共体育课实行俱乐部教学模式的理论和实践意义.理论意义包括:俱乐部教学模式符合体育与健康新课程的基本理念,是现代学校体育教学的发展趋势,有利于把体育教学过程延伸到教育的全过程;实践意义包括:俱乐部教学模式有利于维持和提高学生的运动兴趣,有利于凸显学生的主体地位,有利于促使教师不断提高自身素质,有利于提高场地器材的利用率,减少教师的工作量和强度,有利于提高学生的运动水平,对学校体育教学起到了很好的补充作用.

Because of the continuous increased enrollment,many colleges and universities are confronting with the contradictions between the increasment of the amount of students and the shortage of sports venues,equipment and teachers,which restricts the improvement of the quality of public physical education.This article analyzed the theoretical and practical meaning of implenting the club teaching mode for the public P.E.class under the background of enrollment expansion.The theoretical meaning includes：meeting the basic concept of the new sports and health courses,is the trend of modern physical education teaching,is benefit to extend the physical education teaching process to the whole process of education.The practical meaning includes：the club teaching mode is benefit to maintain and improve the students＇ sport interest,is benefit to highlights the students＇ dominant position,is benefit to advance the teachers＇ quality constantly,is benefit to improve the utilization of the sports venues and equipment,is benefit to reduce the workload and work intensity of teachers,is benefit to improve the students＇ athletics level and playing a very good complement for physical education in schools.
