苯乙烯、丙烯腈反向原子转移自由基微乳液聚合

The Study of Copolymerization of Styrene/Acrylonitrile By Controlled Microemulsion Polymerization

摘要 采用油溶性偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,联吡啶(Bpy)与氯化亚铜(CuCl2)复合物为催化剂,在微乳液体系中对苯乙烯、丙烯腈进行了反向原子转移自由基共聚合,对其聚合反应动力学进行了研究.实验结果表明,通过调整AIBN/CuCl2/Bpy的配比,可以对该反应进行调控.同时讨论了乳化剂用量、聚合反应温度、乳化剂种类对聚合反应转化率的影响. Reverse atom transfer radical polymerization(RATRP) of styrene/acrylonitrile was conducted in the microemulsion.Using an oil-soluble initiator AIBN,a nonionic and ionic surfactant and a hydrophobic ligand(Bpy) to complex a copper halide,copolymers were obtained.Kinetic studies were performed under various experimental conditions.The influence of the ratios of the AIBN/CuCl2/Bpy,the surfactant,the temperature,the kinds of surfactant on the polymerization rate was investigated.
