杏花雨注射液对荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察杏花雨注射液对肝癌H22模型小鼠血清中IL-2及TNF-α水平的影响。方法将接种肝癌H22瘤细胞的昆明鼠随机分为5组,即模型对照组、杏花雨注射液低剂量组、杏花雨注射液中剂量组、杏花雨注射液高剂量组及环磷酰胺阳性对照组。于接种后24h各组开始给药,连续7d。末次给药后24h,内眦取血测定血清IL-2及TNF-α浓度。结果杏花雨注射液中、高剂量组血清IL-2浓度明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05);杏花雨注射液中、高剂量组血清TNF-α浓度明显高于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论杏花雨注射液能提高荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2及TNF-α水平。 Objective To observe the effects of Xinghuayu injection on IL-2 and TNF-α level in serum of tumor-bearing mice.Methods Fourty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group,three dose Xinghuayu injection groups and cyclophosphamide group.And every mice was subcutaneously injected with hepatoma(H22) cell suspension,and 24 hours later the intraperitoneal injection was done one time a day and it lasted for 7 days.At 24 hours after the last injection,the blood was got in the eyes bare.The serum concentration of IL-2 and TNF-α was determined.Results The serum concentration of IL-2 in both middle and high dose groups of Xinghuayu injection was significantly higher than that of model group(P〈0.05);The serum concentration of TNF-α in both middle dose and high dose groups of Xinghuayu was significantly higher than that of model group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Xinghuayu injection can enhance the serum level of IL-2 and TNF-α of tumor-bearing mice.
