摘要
目的研究黄连素在纳米TiO2和H2O2体系中的光催化降解效果。方法采用紫外分光光度法。结果 H2O2的加入提高了黄连素的降解率。纳米TiO2光催化降解黄连素的反应符合动力学一级反应规律。同时光照时间、纳米TiO2的投加量、黄连素的初始浓度、溶液的pH值和温度这些因素对黄连素的降解效果产生了一定的影响。结论在紫外灯照射下,黄连素的降解率随着纳米TiO2投加量的逐渐增加而先增大后减小。在一定条件下,黄连素的初始浓度越小越有利于其降解。黄连素在酸性反应液中的降解效果要明显好于碱性条件下的降解效果。较低的反应液温度有利于黄连素的降解。
Objective To explore the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of berberine hydrochloride in Nano-TiO2 suspension system.Methods Spectrophotometry is applied in the experiment.Results The degradation rate of berberine hydrochloride can be improved by H2O2,and the process of berberine hydrochloride photodegradation follow first order kinetics.Also,effects of the illumination time,TiO2 dosage,initial concentration of berberine hydrochloride,the solution pH value and temperature have great influence in the photoreaction.Conclusion In the UV lamp,the degradation rate of berberine hydrochloride increases first and then decreases with the increase of TiO2 dosage.The smaller of initial berberine hydrochloride concentration is conducive to photocatalytic degradation of it.Degradation effects of berberine hydrochloride in an acid solution are better than an alkaline solution.Low temperature enhances the degradation processes.
