摘要
目的研究电化学Au量子线能否高灵敏、高选择性地检测大脑神经递质多巴胺(DA)。方法通过自行设计自动控制电路,采用电化学腐蚀/沉积方法制备Au量子线,原位滴加DA溶液后观察通过量子线电流的改变。结果电化学Au量子线对DA有极灵敏的电流响应,其检测限可以达到0.1mmol/L以下,并且可以避免维生素C和二羟基苯丙酸的干扰。结论电化学Au量子线可用于痕量多巴胺的检测。
Objective To study whether the electrochemically fabricated Au quantum wire can be used to determine neuro-transmitter dopamine sensitively and selectively.Methods By a home-made electrochemically controlled system,the Au quantum wire was prepared by directly electrochemical etching and depositon and the current response was observed when the DA solution was added in-situ into the cell.Results The electrochemically fabricated Au quantum wire had ultra-selective current response for DA and the detection limit of DA could reach below 0.1mmol/L and the method could avoid the disturbance of ascorbic acid and dihydroxyphenylpropionic acid.Conclusion The electrochemically fabricated Au quantum wire can be used to determine trace amount of dopamine.
