摘要
目的:探讨如何建立一种安全、可靠的实验兔胆管电灼伤模型。方法:30只新西兰白兔平均分为5组。麻醉下开腹分离胆总管。使用高频手术器及自制的时间控制装置及改装的电刀,分别用10W、15W、20W2、5W、30W功率的电凝各组实验兔的胆总管1s,通过病理观察残余胆管壁厚度。结果:实验中,不高于25W功率的电凝未造成即刻胆漏,30W功率的电凝造成了即刻胆漏,病理显示胆管壁缺损。各组残余胆管壁平均厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与功率成高度负相关(r=-0.887)。结论:在使用此类高频手术器时,20W功率电凝1s能建立安全、理想的胆管电灼伤模型,可进一步用于胆管电灼伤的相关研究。
Objective:To establish a safe and reliable rabbit model of bile duct electric burn. Methods:Thirty rabbits were divided into 5 groups equally.The common bile duct was isolated during laparotomy under anesthesia.The high-frequency operation unit,self-made time-controlling device and modified electric knife were used in this study,the common bile duct of rabbits in each group was coagulated for 1s with 10W,15W,20W,25W,30W respectively,and then the wall thickness of residual bile duct was measured with the pathological observation. Results:Coagulation with no more than 25W did not cause immediate bile leakage,but 30W of power,without exception,caused immediate bile leakage,and pathology showed wall defect.There was a significant difference in the mean thickness of residual bile duct wall in each group(P0.01) and the thickness was negatively correlated with power(r=-0.887). Conclusions:This high-frequency operation unit with 20W power and 1s coagulation can make a safe,ideal model of bile duct electric burns,which can be used for further researches.
