摘要 自身免疫性肝炎（autoimmune hepatitis,AIH）是一类原因不明的慢性进展性肝病,与自身免疫反应密切相关,世界范围内AIH约占慢性肝炎的10%～20%。及时适当的治疗能够延长患者的生存期,提高生活质量,并且尽可能避免肝移植。本文对AIH的发病机理、
