择期手术患者术前焦虑的原因分析及护理对策

Preoperative Anxiety Cause Analysis and Nursing Strategies in Patients of Selective Operation

目的:探讨择期手术患者术前焦虑的相关因素及护理对策。方法:选择我院择期手术患者168例,采用汉密顿焦虑表评估病人,分析发生焦虑的原因,提出护理对策。结果:本组择期手术患者术前焦虑发生率41.6%,焦虑的产生与患者年龄、学历、手术大小、医疗费用支付方式等有密切关系。结论:手术病人术前焦虑发生率高。应主动给予护理干预,消除患者的不良心理,提高手术成功率。

Objective：To explore the preoperative anxiety-related factors and nursing strategies on selective operation. Methods：168 cases of selective operation were in March 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital.These patients were assessed with Hamilton Anxiety table on the day before operative day;analyzed the causes of anxiety and proposed nursing strategies. Results：The incidence of preoperative anxiety was 41.6% in this group of selective surgery.Anxiety generation was closely related with patient＇s age,educational background,surgery size,payment methods of medical expenses and so on. Conclusion：A high incidence of preoperative anxiety will happen in surgery patients.Nursing interventions should be taken initiatively to eliminate the adverse mental of patients and to improve the success rate of surgery.
