摘要
根据滚子研磨机的工艺要求,开发了该设备的步进电机控制系统。分析了步进电机起动、停止时的加减速曲线特性;采用STC89C52单片机,以S加减速曲线为基础,实现了步进电机的加减速控制和换向控制;实现了步进电机转速的LCD显示、加工时间的数码管动态显示。研究结果完全满足滚子研磨机的加工需求,并对采用单片机开发步进电机控制系统提供了一定的借鉴。
According to the technology need of roller mill,step motor control system was designed for this equip-ment.Based on the acceleration and deceleration of S curves,the control of acceleration,deceleration and commuta-tion were realized by STC89C52 microcontroller unit;meanwhile,LCD and LED were used to display the motor speed and processing time,respectively.The research results showed that the control system designed could satisfy the de-mand for processing of roller mill.A reference for the development of step motor control system by MCU was provid-ed.
