摘要
在保证化学需氧量标准分析方法原理的基础上,提出用电热干燥箱加热氧化代替化学需氧量标准方法中加热回流氧化,其分析结果的精密度和准确度与化学需氧量标准方法一致。本方法同批样品分析数量可提高4倍以上,便于开展化学需氧量分析质量控制,使质控样达到三个10%。适用于大批量样品分析,提高工作效率,并可节约能源四分之三,便于在基层环境监测站和企业监测站推广。
By following the principle of standard chemical oxygen demand(COD)measurement method, the oven heating oxidization method was designed and applied in the sample analysis of COD,in replace with pulse-heated reflow heating oxidization, The results from new designed methods are consistent with of that from standard test method in terms of precision and accuracy values. The proposed sample processing procedure share the advantages of rapid sample processing, specifically, 4 times efficient than routine, convenient and easy quality control, effective performance with energy saving. It is therefore highly recommended the proposed sample processing method to apply in grass root environmental monitoring center.
