On the Difficulty and Outlet of Shanxi's Social Insurance Services

文章通过分析山西社会保险发展中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决办法，旨在帮助解决管理存在的空帐运行、保值增值率低等问题，为即将到来的老龄化高峰创造一个良好的社会经济发展环境。

Through analysing the problems existing in the development of Shanxi's social insurance services, this paper gives some appropriate measures for the purpose of solving these problems such as black account running and lower ration of inflation proof and added value in the management, and creating a good social-economic developing environment for the upcoming aging peak.
