Study on Pragmatic Failure from Contextual Perspective

语用失误在语用学领域中是一个非常重要的研究话题。目前,很多学者从跨文化角度对语用失误做了一些研究,他们认为,文化差异是产生语用失误的最主要原因。以奥斯丁的言语行为理论作为理论框架,从语境的角度出发,特别是在言内和言外行为中,深入分析语用失误,更加综合、科学地阐述语用失误产生的原因。通过分析来说明提高人们语境分析能力的重要性,以便能减少交际中误解和语用失误发生的概率。

Pragmatic failure,as an important research project in pragmatics,has been studied from a cross-cultural perspective,with the view that cultural discrepancy results in pragmatic failure.With Austin＇s Speech Act Theory as its theoretical framework,a detailed analysis of pragmatic failure from the perspective of context is made,especially in both locutionary and illocutionary acts.The outcome of the analysis indicates improving contextual analytic ability may well reduce the probability in pragmatic failure occurrence.
