摘要
继发性痛经是子宫内膜异位症的典型症状,由于痛经的机制尚未明确,因此临床治疗效果不满意。神经生长因子(NGF)是神经系统产生的一种活性蛋白质,与神经的生成以及疼痛的产生有关。国内外研究发现,NGF在子宫内膜异位症病灶中异常表达,与痛经的产生有一定的相关性。现从NGF及其受体的结构、功能和分布介绍NGF与痛经的研究新进展。
Secondary dysmenorrhea is representative of endometriosis.Due to the unknown cause of dysmenorrhea,the therapeutic outcomes are less acceptable.Nerve growth factor(NGF) is an active protein derived from nervous system and associated with neurogensis and pain.Extensive studies show that NGF is aberrantly expressed in endometriosis and associated with dysmenorrhea.This article reviews the structures,functions,and distributions of NGF and its receptors.
