摘要 活化的转化生长因子β(TGF-β)通过与其受体及胞质蛋白Smads结合转入细胞核内,调节应答基因的转录,TGF-β/Smads信号通路能调节细胞的生长、发育和凋亡。该信号通路在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起到双重作用,在生理状态下,TGF-β/Smads信号通路具有抑制恶性肿瘤发生的作用;在肿瘤的进展期,反而会促进恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移。 Activated transforming growth factor beta is translocated into cell nucleus by binding to its receptor and cytoplasic smads,which regulates the transcription of responding genes.TGF-β/Smads signaling system regulates cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.It plays a dual role in occurrence and progression of malignant tumors.It inhibits the occurrence of early malignant tumor in physiological condition,but promotes the invasion and metastasis of progressive malignant tumor.
