摘要
脂质体的应用可以提高药物的治疗指数,减少药物的治疗剂量和降低药物的毒性,被脂质体包裹的药物可以顺利地到达靶向部位。目前,脂质体药物应用于许多免疫性疾病的治疗,尤其是在肿瘤的治疗中起到了重要作用。但是,要想得到比较好的效果,在免疫脂质体的应用过程需要提高脂质体包封率和靶向性,同时要降低其他因素对脂质体的吸附。
The application of liposome can increase the therapeutic index of drugs,with reducing the dose and toxicity.Drugs entrapped by liposome can be directly transported to target sites.At present,the liposomes inlaid drugs have been used to cure many immunological diseasese and especially to cure cancer.In order to get better therapy effects,it is important to promote the encapsulation rate and the specificity of target of immunoliposomes,and meanwhile reduce the non-specific absorption of other factors.
