摘要
目前诊断心血管源性晕厥的方式有心电图、动态心电图、心外循环记录仪、植入性心电记录仪、倾斜试验及电生理试验等多种方法,每种方法都具有各自的优缺点。选择合适的诊断方法可以最大程度地为临床工作者提供信息。因此,了解不同的诊断方法之间的关系对于认识某些心血管疾病特别是心律失常所致的晕厥有重要的意义。
Currently,the diagnostic methods of of cardiovascular syncope include electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram,external loop recorder,implantable loop recorder,tilt testing,and electrophysiological testing.Each method has its own merits and demerits.The choice of suitable diagnostic method could provide maximal information for clinicians.Therefore,the understanding of the relationship between different diagnostic methods is meaningful to recognize cardiovascular,especially arrhythmia-associated syncope because of some diseases.
